Gas Assist H& P Ltd recently upgraded our heating and hot-water system, which involved installing a new boiler, and removing the hot-water cylinder, header tanks and all unnecessary pipework. I really can't recommend this company enough. Very polite on the phone and very punctual arrival.I had an engineer called James come out to have a look at what I thought was a small leak from my bath.Turned out it was a lot worse, leaking from my boiler / cylinder coming through my downstairs ceiling started flowing through the ceiling.The engineer explained everything perfectly and within 4 hours I have a new boiler / cylinder fitted and everything works amazing, at a price that I thought was very reasonable.As you can imagine I was looking at days with no electricity and no water and to have it all fixed in 4 hours when I was having a flood of water coming through the ceiling is incredible.Very very happy and grateful to the amazing engineer and great company, thank you so much for all your help today.I would highly recommended them.Thanks againRob Healey

Have used Gasassist for all of my plumbing and boiler repairs and servicing for the past 3 years, all with complete satisfaction.However they have really excelled recently.We bought a new sink and tap to replace an old one. Because we are vulnerable and on lockdown, I called to get in the queue for when they restarted.I could not believe it when they offered to come and do it within a few days. Not only that, Colin came out to do the job on Bank Holiday Monday, just so we were kept safe and with a properly working sink and tap.This was way beyond what could be expected, and we are delighted with the finish and with the caring attitude so wonderfully exhibited.

We needed our Gas appliances checking and certified in a very short timescale. Lorraine was prompt in getting Joshua booked in within a few days to undertake the Urgent job! Joshua was very polite, professional, made sure sheets were on the floor to protect the carpets and made no mess whatsoever. He even refused a cup of tea because he was so focused on the job! Having accidentally sawn through a kitchen gas pipe at 7:30PM on a Saturday night, we searched online for a local Gas Engineer that was advertised as 24 hour.Lorraine who answered couldn't have been more friendly, reassuring and helpful. She arranged for an engineer to be at our door within 30mins! At 8PM as promised, Colin arrived who was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! He couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and totally professional throughout. The gas leak and full safety checks were complete by 8:30PM! We couldn't have wished for better service. The job was completed so quickly and efficiently and without a huge bill - it was such a relief!
